Andrew Strauss, the last English captain to win an Ashes series on Australian soil, has married for the second time. The 48-year-old former left-handed batsman, who led England to a 3-1 victory during their 2010-11 tour of Australia, confirmed on Instagram that he married Antonia Lineus-Pit in Franschhoek, South Africa. Strauss, who played 100 Test matches for England, was previously married to Ruth, who passed away from lung cancer in 2018. Ruth, who died on December 29, 2018, was 46 years old and the mother of two children, aged 10 and 13. According to reports, Lineus-Pit worked as a public relations executive and is currently a company director at Lineus Fine Art Advisory Limited.
